Mr. Penguin and Happy Feet doing some research for their Antarctic run.  While it is possible that Happy Feet's feet really are that cold anyway, the Antarctic experience is more likely achieved by closing your eyes with a chilled beverage in-hand and thinking about England - that ought to be cold enough.
